No keys assigned in on screen keyboard

The on-screen keyboard does not seem to be working on Cubase Pro 10.0.10. iMac 2017 with Mojave 10.14.2.

It works with mouse click, but I want to use it with my keyboard.
It seems like keybinds are not assigned properly.
Does anyone else have the same problem?

Are you on Mac or Windows? What language/keyboard do you use? Could you try in Cubase Safe Start Mode, please?
