Tried updating but NO Licence numbers showing in my ELicence control, I have performed maintenance tasks and updated which was fine ?
Which licenses? Soft or USB-eLicenser?

Sorry I’m not that technical , but when i go into E Licencer control and click on "all licenced & Soft Licenses , nothing showing , The info looks like it’s disappeared ? I’ve tried download ing Now E Licenser control centre and chosen the Dec 5 2022 for Windows ( The latest update) but still nothing , what could it be ? , My PC did perform a windows update last night ? Usually I just re insert Activation code and it’s sorted ? Can you be of any help ?

That just doesn’t make sense to me.
Problem sorted, I’m a dick, The Cubase USB Licence Dongal just needed to be reinserted then all the info came back, it;s been inserted for two years , So to have wasred your time .
So am I!
Anyway, I’m glad things seem to be working again
