Hello, there has occured the problem, that there isn’t any change of loudness after changing the velocity settings. I can’t find the reason. I’m nearly desperate. Please help my out, thanks!
Some VSTi Presets don’t respond to velocity (lots of organ presets do this), so maybe you’re using one that doesn’t.
Without more details on what exactly you’re doing it’s going to be hard for folks to offer advice.
Maybe the sound you are using has reached its maximum velocity range?
If you want to just raise the volume of a vst preset you need to use volume automation because changing just the velocity level will normally always affect the timbre too which will generally add more brightness to the sound which you may not want.
