No metrenome click when changing the time signature

I am using Cubase 11 Elements on Windows 11.

I used the Tempo Track to change the time signature to 3/4, and now I can not get a click from the metronome.

Hi,

Choose the Audio Click Outputs in the Metronome Setup > General dialog, please.
