I have a legacy Win7 PC and try to use with some old Cubase and Vsti stuff.
Because there are no MIDI input devices in Cubase I installed midi ox to check this.
There are also no input devices listed.
All midi devices are listed in the windows device manager (Code61, NanoKontrol2,…) - but I can’t connect.

Any idea?
