Hello everyone,
I have already contacted the support team, but wanted to know if the swarm intelligence might have an idea.
The following:
A few days ago we bought the update from Nuendo 12 to 13. At the same time, we changed our e-mail address stored with Steinberg, as the company name has changed in the meantime. When trying to install the update, we noticed that the Nuendo 12 license is no longer displayed and the Steinberg Activation Manager is completely empty. So we are currently neither in possession of a Neundo 12 license nor can we logically install the Neundo 13 update, which is quite disconcerting as we are in ongoing productions.
Do any of you know this case?
Best regards
Jan
Hi Jan,
is the license still shown in your MySteinberg account? Did you already try to sign out and in again within the Activation Manager? Does it help to click in the circular reload icon in the upper right?
Thank you for your answer, Martin. I have already tried all of these things and no license is displayed under My Steinberg. Since opening the Activation Manager, it is now logically no longer possible to open Nuendo due to the missing license.
Ok, that’s indeed strange. In this case, I think, only Steinberg support can fix this. I’ll keep my fingers crossed that you get the issue sorted quickly.
BTW, did you already try to call them? Their phone support is usually faster than email.
Thank you for your answer. We have solved the problem together with the excellent telephone support from Steinberg. It was due to incorrectly stored login data. My mistake.
