Yeah, my second name is “uninformative”. I see though, you got the exact same answer from a different person in your other thread here. So maybe the problem in this case is not necessarily with me, but with you…?
A tip: The official name for the file extension mp3 is MPEG 1 Layer 3.
Hello all,
just for clearing it up:
– The MP3 Encoder license is included in the Cubase Full license
– It does not show up as a separate license
– The MP3 Encoder Demo license is created by default and resides on the Soft-eLicenser, not the dongle.
– The MP3 encoding will work when a Cubase Full license is present, regardless of an expired Trial license.
Kind regards,
So what do I do in my situation?
If you have full Cubase and you’re seeing a demo or trial license, it can be removed using the eLc helper application.
Hello,
did you already try to uninstall the eLCC and re-install it?
If not, here you find how to:
After uninstalling, please run the latest eLCC installer: http://www.elicenser.net/en/latest_downloads.html
Then, perform the recommended Maintenance Task.
If this doesn’t help, please contact me via PM.
Regards,
