no mute and solo buttons in track list

After updating from Cubase Pro 9 to cubase Pro 9.5.21 when i add a Track
Instrument there is no mute and solo button in my track in track list ( if i save my
project and open it again its all fine ) any solution ??? PS this is
happens only in Track Instruments in Rack Instruments its ok .

Any difference if you start Cubase in Safe Mode?
