I read the related topics and none of them related to a problem solver.
I’m having a reactivation problem with CUBASE LE 11. I buy a audio interface TASCAM US-2x2-HR that came with a Cubase LE Licence Card.
At the first time i installed the program and everything worked perfectly. But I had to reinstall the operating system (Windows) in the same computer and researched about the reactivation process, after all the reinstallation.
The problem is that in MySteinberg appears “Currently, there is no valid Steinberg product license found on this eLicenser.”
And i can’t generate a new SERIAL NUMBER.
With this problem i update to the CUBASE Elements 11, a similar problem still, but now i can’t activate because appear “there is no licence to update”.
At the moment i can’t use none version of Cubase in my computer.
