NO reason for vst3 being blacklisted

Anyone got any ideas as to why Fab Filter Saturn (1/original) is being black listed in Cubase 14. It is not this way on my PC, but on my MAcbook Pro Silicon it is. And there is no clear info as to ‘why’ or no clear way to force it or ignore the blacklisting.

If you’re running Cubase in native aarch64 mode and the plugin isn’t aarch64, that would be a good reason for it to be blacklisted.
