No response to Support Ticket

Hey folks. I opened a Support Ticket 10 days ago and it is still open. Is it normal this delay? If any administrator is reading this, I would really appreciate you can look into it.

Does that mean that this is normal?

Yes. Last time i tried the support, they replied after about 4 month and their solution was a thread in this forum where the users concluded that it did not work. (And it still does not)
