No signal after Stereo In

Hi!
I have problem with Cubase LE 9.
There is good signal on Stereo In (at least indicators show that) and thats it. Nothing further. No in instrument track, neither in Stereo Out. Not even in monitor. Nothing. Whats problem and how to deal with it?

Hi,

Instrument for virtual instruments (VSTi). To get a signal from an Audio input, use an Audio Track, please.
