No sound at all and no event receipt while using mouse

Hi,
all VST (Steinberg the grand and Halion VST sounds) are working properly in cubase 12 excepted Padshop 2.
There’s no sound and keys do not react with mouse. Event receipt indicator only react while using keyboard but always no sound.
No problem while using FL Studio.
