No sound at first 5 sec when rendering (all formats)

Hello.

I recently bought Wavelab Elements 10 because I need to have a tool to do basic things with my own music.
One of em is to normalize and export to mp3. Offcourse that dont work for me
I have tried all settings in the mp3-boxes and also tested to render to .wav and .aif and same error occurs.
it turns out the first 5 seconds got no sound.

Anyone have a clue?

Are you using a particular 3rd party plugin when this happens? If so, does it happen when no plugins are used?
