No Sound from Iconica Sketch in Cubasis or Standalone on iPad Pro

Very pleased with Cubasis on my second-generation iPad Pro (2018). However, Iconica Sketch doesn’t produce any sound, either as a plug-in or in standalone mode, even after downloading the full 1.8 GB for both versions. Any help for fixing it? Thanks

Sorry to read about your issue with Iconcia Sketch for iPhone/iPad.

Please give the following steps a try:

  • Close all apps.
  • Fully shut down your iPad.

Once restarted, does Iconica Sketch for iPhone/iPad (the standalone version) work as expected and produce sound?

Thanks a lot, Lars, your instructions were very effective. To get both versions of Iconica Sketch working correctly on my iPad, I followed these steps:

  1. I freed up storage on the iPad, reducing the used space from 61 GB to 55 GB.
  2. I closed all running apps.
  3. I uninstalled and reinstalled the standalone Iconica Sketch app.
  4. I uninstalled and reinstalled Cubasis, then reinstalled the Iconica Sketch plug-in inside Cubasis.
  5. I restarted the iPad.
  6. After this, both the standalone app and the plug-in version of Iconica Sketch started working perfectly.
