No sound from Media Bay Samples when previewed

I am not getting any sound when I preview a sound sample in Cubase 10.5 pro is there a setting I am missing? In safe mode I am able to preview The sound sample!

Hi,

Enable Control Room and add Monitor 1 Bus. In the Outputs, set the Stereo Out to Not Connected. All Previews are routed over the Monitor 1 bus.
