No sound in my headphones and microphone

Can anyone help?

I don’t get any sound in my Sennheiser GSP 670 USB headphones (for gaming). When I try to record using my Blue Yeti USB microphone no sound comes through. I have been in “Studio setup”

But I still don’t get any sound. My sound card is: ASUS PROART Z490-CREATOR 10G Main Card - Intel Z49.
I just realized that it is my webcams microphone. But how can I reveal the Yeti as an option?

I have Cubase version 9.5.

I am not a technical person, so this goes way over my head. I would really appreciate if anyone could help me out.

Hi and welcome to the forum,

Install ASIO4ALL, please. Then you can merge multiple audio devices. Your USB microphone as the input and your headphones (plugged to your internal audio card, I guess) as the output.

Could you try in the Cubase Safe Start Mode [Disable preferences], please?

Could you also attach a screenshot of the ASIO4ALL Control Panel, please?

No worries at all. The screenshots are very helpful. My English language skills are also very limited (sorry). :cry:
