Hi. I am running cubase 11 on a mac with an audient id44 interface. I have monitors on outputs 1 and 2 and they work fine. However, I cannot get audio play on outputs 3 and 4 on the id44. I have the outputs set to 3 and 4 and in the settings it shows that 3 and 4 are active. No sound is getting to id44 mixer software either, so I think the problem is in cubase.

Is there any Software Mixer for the id44? How is it setup/routed there?
Here are pictures of my setup within cubase and on the id44 mixing software. I tried daw-thru and main mix and alternate speakers, but no sound.

Have you actually routed a track in Cubase to Stereo Out 2?

Johnny, that was the missing link. I had not set the track to stereo 2. Works perfectly now. Thanks.
