no sound!

Hi all,

I have been trying to configure my Focurite Scarlett18i6 with my Cubase essential 5. I have set my ‘devices’ in and out ok (I think) but though I see that sound is recorded, I can get no playback at all.
What am I doing wrong ? PLEASE !!

Disable the Monitor button for Playback.

I have disabled the Monitor button for playback, and have a strong signal showing on the ‘stereo out’ but still no sound!
Nothing is playing back through the Focuserite either on ‘monitor out’ or ‘phones’ I definately have a recording.
