No Support Ticket

Hi thought iI would post this as a new thread as the other one has gone cold
When I try to get a support ticket all I get Is This

I am logged in to my steinberg and cubase 8.5 pro is registered Help

So what happens after you click on the “Steinberg distributors” button?

Hopefully you can submit a request to one of the distributors that would be listed.

It depends on which country you registered your ownership in. UK, EU and USA, and some others maybe, can use Steinberg/Yamaha support. The list is on the website.

Hi I am in the UK when I click I then get this


And I end up going round in circles
Is it normally this hard to email steinberg

I’m not an SB support person, but I would suggest you have a look at the address you have on file in your SB account. But I really don’t know. It could be broken too.

They have a phone number you can call too form the UK, I think.

It seems my profile thinks I am in Uruguay But in wont let me change it Help

just a thought if I create a new account can I re register cubase and my elicencer or is it stuck to my old wrongly profiled account
