No Support?

We raised a support ticket on November 3rd, and still have had no response to it at all. Does anyone know why this would happen? Or how to go about getting a response?

We upgraded from Cubase Pro 8.5 to Pro 10, installed and working ok, but the downloader has us as (incorrectly) upgrading to 9. Worse (and maybe connected), is the key we were sent to register v10 will not work, so our paid for v10, is about to cease working altogether.

Not happy that after 2 weeks of being patient, and giving the ticket a nudge after 4 days, it has just been completely ignored.

What license is shown in the Elicenser Control Center?
