On the Dorico products page at Steinberg.net, in the Product Comparison window, there is no column for Dorico SE under the System Requirements heading. I assume it’s the same as for Elements?
(I have several friends and relatives who are interested in SE.)

I’d be almost certain the requirements would be the same, since SE is identical to Elements except for the 2-player limitation.
System requirements are shown on the main Dorico SE page, reasonably near the bottom. There’s a huge SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS headline with a little plus sign at the right hand side: click that to open it up and read all of the system requirements.
