No upgrade offer from WaveLab Pro 12 to Pro 13? Why?

I received a voucher to purchase WaveLab Pro 13 at 60% off.

But I already own v12. Usually upgrades from most recent version of Steinberg’s Apps are $99, but with this offer it would cost $199 to buy the full version. And for it me would be only an upgrade as I do not need two installation of the same program on my computer. I also received a voucher to buy Absolute Pro 7 for $199, 60% off. But I already have Absolute 6 so I can select to buy the Upgrade to Absolute 7 for $99 instead of using the voucher. (This is not offered on WaveLab 13). Pretty weird recent offer for long time users/customers.

That’s how I see it, too. Unfortunately, the four vouchers I received are of no use to me either, since they only reduce the price of the full versions by 60%. If the discount applied to updates as well, I certainly would have taken out my credit card…

Same for Spectralayer 13, when you own v12 the voutcher is only valid when you buy full version, not for update from 12 :frowning:

I know what you mean. I already have the latest version of Cubase pro, Wavelab and Spectralayers. I may get absolute though as I don’t have that.

The current sale is for Cubase. The bonus deals are for Cubase users that might not own any of the other products. There will be discount sales for the other products at other times.
