“No valid licence found” USB-Dongle not working?

Hello!

I got Cubase 11 Pro and an Mac Studio.

Often when Im trying to start the software, I just get a message saying “No valid licence found” and quits.

The USB-dongle is put in and the small red light is lit, but It does not get detected somehow?

Anybody else experienced this and got a fix?

Can you check if elicenser software is correctly installed? Plug the USB dongle and open elicenser (not Cubase).

Have you tried updating the eLicenser Control Center ?

Yes it is. I got it working now, but the problem seems to reoccur. I got the eLicenser software version 6.12.8.4324.

I’m having the same issue with the same version and same computer.
Found any other solutions?
