After successfully perform all these steps

  • Download and install Steinberg Download Assistant for Windows or Mac if it is not already installed
  • Launch Steinberg Download Assistant and sign in with your exiting Steinberg ID or create one
  • Click on ‘Enter your Download Access Code’ and enter the Download Access Code(s) shown below
  • Select the software under My Product Downloads to get a list of download options on the right
  • Click the Download or Install/Install all button to continue

i got this error when launching the Cubase Pro 13 from desktop
No valid license found. The program will quit now
is there any issue with this new version ?
i also try to sign out sign in from Avtivation manager no way
i also try in MySteinberg to Redeem No way
I also try on new pc No way
Can you help ?

Peharps Cubase pro 13 is working only with windows 11 and not windows 10 ?

Certainly not, I have it running on Windows 10 Pro 22H2 myself.

Did you use the same credentials to log into the Download Assistant and the Activation Manager?
To ensure that you’re logged in with the same account, I’d suggest to log out from both the Download Assistant and the Activation Manager. Afterwards, log in again with the user account you used to redeem the Download Access Code. Your license should appear in the Activation Manager. If not, someone from Steinberg need to have a look, I guess.

How do you open a ticket to Steinberg ?

try on 3 pc and got same error
it seems that there is an issue with my licence and user…
i was used cubase pro 12 at least one year and all was working perfectly
I wanted to upgrade to cubase 13

They have deleted my previous licence for Cubase Pro 13.
And got a new Download Access Code for Cubase Pro 13.
i suspect that my current account have an issue.

Though it seems you have successfully redeemed your code, is Cubase 13 listed and activated in the Activation Manager?

NO for both

You need to click on “All products” in the sidebar of the Activation Manager. Then Cubase should appear and can be activated.
Since you haven’t it activated yet, there’s nothing shown under “Activated”.

That’s strange. Are you really logged in with the same credentials? Your MySteinberg account shows your license. It’s just not activated.
What happens if you click on the circular reload arrows at the top right?

This can only happen if you are using two different MySteinberg accounts.
Email address and password must be the same as when you log in on the Steinberg web site.

i removed firewall and antivirus No VNP and No proxy as suggested by chatgpt…
BTW same credentials for all the platforms…
