No valid license found, why?

I have Cubase 11 PRo + USB dongle and works . . . then upgraded on 12 (12.0.52). . .Almost every day Cubase 1x crash and today “No valid licence found” . . . wtf? Why?

I would check the activation manager to see if the license is there

Update to the latest Cubase 12.0.60, please.

Make sure all the components are also up to date, same as the Steinberg Activation Manager, please.

If it’s still crashing attach the DMP file, please.
