No Video section in Studio Setup

Hi all! I recently updated Cubase 8.5 pro to Cubase 10 pro. When I trying to import video file It asking me to install QuickTime and in Studio Setup there is no Video section. What should I do whit this?
I am working on -Windows 10 64bit host
-GPU-1050ti (driver updated)

I would reinstall using the full Cubase 10 Pro installer.
