Say you are layering up some snares -
Create MIDI track for Snare 1 - put Groove Agent on it
Create MIDI track for Snare 2 - put another Groove Agent on it
In the mixer select those 2 Instrument channels and GROUP Selected.
Create Group outside folder - puts those 2 instruments on a group fader next to the 2 instrument channels…
Bounce the Group to audio
Now you remove the 2 instances of Groove Agent. They are gone from the rack and from the mixer. The GROUP channel is gone from the Arrange page - but it is STILL in the mixer with no way to remove it…
I went to VST connections to remove the group and you can - but it deletes all my other groups.
