Non-blacklisted plugin won't show up.

I’ve downloaded the demo version of ArtsAcoustic Reverb, installed it, placed the .dll in my VST Plug-in folder. But when I tell Cubase to scan it, it won’t show.

I’ve searched this forum and found out about plug-ins being blacklisted. I’ve found my blacklist file and it’s not in it. I’ve actually checked another file called ‘Vst2xPlugins Cubase.xml’ and found it listed there amongst my working plug-ins. And yet, it’s nowhere to be found inside Cubase.

Has anyone ever had this problem?

What o/s, what bit Cubase, what bit is the plug??

Did you check in plug-in information?

Windows 8, everything is x64.

Yes, no sign of it there either.

Installed fine here on W7…sure you got the right vstplugins folder?

Hah, I had the wrong folder… I had a duplicate.
