Hi everyone,
I’m really very new to Halion 7 so I’m just starting to explore it…
I normalized a couple of samples in two spectral synth instances loaded in a multi program and even if I see the normalised wave if I play it with my keyboard the volume remains the same as before normalizing (while it sound at the normalised volume with the play tool). I’m I missing something?

I’m afraid I don’t understand what you mean; I attach two pictures: the sample in edit>sample window; if I don’t change anything the sample play loud with the listen tool and super low with keyboard…
Above a screenshot of the edit>zone window; I tried to lower auto gain to the same level of auto gain in the first window and now the volume is equal both with tool and the keyboard as well.
What should I select in your method?
I could keep the result I’ve reached but I would like to understand; I tried other samples while waiting for an answer and the issue didn’t happen every time…

I did the wrong answer, but i think about your question.

You can go to Zone and select the speaker at the top and adjust the volume. You can turn the aux knobs to the right, which also works. Then you can check your mixer to see if you can increase it a bit. Perhaps someone else can help you better, but hopefully this will work. Halion is very comprehensive; almost anything is possible, but you have to be patient and take your time. Good luck. Feel free to ask more questions. Best, Kor

Thank you @Kor_Groen, I very quickly realized Halion is as powerful as complicated so I know I’ll have a long learning curve to climb… I’ll ask again for sure!
