@panosmarakakis Because as written in the top-middle of the UI, you’re running SpectraLayers One, not SpectraLayers Elements or SpectraLayers Pro.
If you bought a SpectraLayers Elements or SpectraLayers Pro license, activate it, as instructed in the top-right corner or the UI, in red.
