Not quite custom key signatures

Hi all:

I have tried mightily to do something that was simple to do in Finale. Despite Dorico’s custom key signatures and tonalities, I cannot figure out how to create a bitonal piano part in an orchestra, one that has the lefthand in D and the right hand in Bb. These aren’t custom tonalities - they are standard. But they are to affect only one instrument in an ensemble. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

You can use Local Key Signatures

Select a note/rest in the piano RH and enter the key signature as shift-k Bb Alt/Opt Enter
Similarly for the LH shift-k D Alt/Opt Enter

These would be independent of any other key signatures in your score.
