Been using cubase/wavelab for decades, computer crashed, got new computer, trying to reinstal cubase but it says “this file is potentially dangerous to open” and won’t open. Also, ever since my last instal several years ago, I always have to have USB licenser in one of USB slots, which takes up space, seems it’s getting more and more difficult to use. Any advice appreciated, I just want to have the program I’ve been using for years, as I’ve been using it - life has too many hassles as it is.

If you just wanted to use the program you’ve been using for years as you’ve been using it you shouldn’t have updated to Windows 10 
But this may fix it:
If not post a screencap of the error (if different from that article) and give us a clue what version and installer you’re trying to install.
I asked several months ago if there is an upgrade? do you think that may help?
