Note alignment wrong/offset in Project Window compared to Midi Editor

This is driving me crazy. I keep thinking I need to quantize or the quantize isn’t working, but notes are offset in the project window.
They are fine in the Midi Editor.

What’s going on? Any ideas?

(HDPI doesn’t affect it)
Win11 Pro 22H2, Cubase 12.0.40, RTX3080
