When I connect with USB my Kawei ES6 with my computer in Cubase and record a midi track, every note is recorded twice. How can I avoid this? Of course I can delete double notes, but it is not the best way to resolve this problem. Who can help me?

This has been discussed already here on the forum, you can search for it.
Open Studio > Studio Setup > MIDI Ports Setup. You can see Inputs and Outputs. Most probably, the hardware is listed twice in the Inputs area. From one of it, remove the X from the “All MIDI Inputs” column.

In Midi Port setup is selected only "Use device ‘DirectMusic’. The hardware is not listed. Should I do this?

You are right. When I connect it with the keyboard there are two midi keyboards listed. I have unselect “DirectMusic”.
