Is there a way to tell Dorico to readjust the number of measures per system to even out the over-wide measures in the bottom system? Other than not doing that page turn, any other ideas?
It isn’t an issue of note spacing, it’s measures per staff. Start at the top of the page and break the first staff before the last bar. That will cause the whole page to respace. If that doesn’t fix the whole page, do it again on another crowded staff.
You shouldn’t have to do it more than two or three times, and you’ll have a nicely spaced page.
