Note stems-Erase Background

As shown in the marked section, can’t I use Erase Background on dynamics or text on the note stems?

I believe that it is not possible yet in Dorico. However, you wouldn’t want to do that in this case. Depending on what “senza…” continues as, you might put the p to the left of the first note and the senza something above or below the notes.

If it’s really important, if it’s only in one spot or two, and if you have time, you can always fake it using two voices, hidden noteheads and some tuplets — but I think it’s definitly more reasonable to look for another solution :slight_smile:
