On my system I am no longer able to access NotePerformer as an independently selectable VST. It only shows up when the NotePerformer playback template is activated. Is this a new thing?
no problem here – I set playback config to Halion and still Wallander Instruments appears in the VST drop down.
I had this problem a few months ago.
It’s listed under “Wallander Instruments”. It’s not obvious that you need to scroll down.
Scroll bar, please…

I was actually about to suggest that it might be off the screen because of the well-known lack of a scroll bar here but from your screenshot, it looked like there was nothing under Steinberg before the bottom of the page so thought perhaps that wasn’t after all the problem. Obviously it was, though!
Yeah, it’s weird how subconsiously that scrollbar is expected in a situation like that. But then, that’s what Dorico Forum Heroes™ are here for.
