notes transfer from one voice to another

Hello,

I’ ve searched the forum, but didn’t found :

I’ve written 4 voices in one stave, is it possible to add note from voice 3 to voice 4 ? (Chord mode)
I want to delete voice 3 for better reading ( rests ,stems ) and add it’s notes to an already existing voice.

Excuse my bad English, hope anyone understands what I mean.

Here in German: Ich möchte Noten, sagen wir von Stimme 3 - der 2. Stimme zuordnen.
