Will a Launchkey work as a midi note input device with Dorico Elements 2? It sees the keyboard in parts of the problem but wont work for midi note imput? The Lauchkey works perfect in Logic and other programs. Any ideas and thanks in advance.
Welcome to the forum, Toronto Tenor. I’m afraid we don’t have a Novation Launchkey to test, but it certainly looks to me like a standard USB MIDI controller and hence it should work. Please try restarting Dorico after you have connected your Launchkey. Once you’ve restarted Dorico, see if it shows up in the list of MIDI input devices accessible from the Play page of Preferences.
