WaveLab Cast 2 features a new Startup Assistant to help you get up and running with your projects quickly and effortlessly, as well as several workflow improvements including the new Chapter Generator for YouTube and Spotify.
Free Update for WaveLab Cast 1 users
If you are a WaveLab Cast user and have already migrated to Steinberg Licensing, you can immediately access the WaveLab Cast 2 update via the Steinberg Download Assistant. Your license will get updated automatically when launching the program for the first time.
If you haven’t migrated yet, you will find a Download Access Code in the Vouchers section of your MySteinberg user account to activate the new license.

I’m testing the new version and I’ve found new chapters generator (for YT and Spotify). Do you plan also write chapters stored in mp3 tags, with links and images? It will be handy and already is supported by Pocket Casts or Podcast Republic
