Nuage and Wk Audio id II

Hi, just got a WK Audio ID controller,
Runs fine on Cubase except with one issue!
My Bank Up/Down and Channel up down and Flip button is not working (Cubase 12 and 13)
Does anybody use Cubase and WK Audio ID controller and these buttons are working?
Or can anybody whos buttons are working give me the sysex message his controller is sending on these buttons?

Sysex Message from buttons is coming from the Controller

BTW, had an issue on the Faderboard and was able to repair it. replaced all capacitors 1uF/25V (>50 pieces). as they had run dry. I nearly fully understand the faderboard now. If somebody has issues I maybe can help.

Can anybody with an WK Audio ID controller can confirm that the BANK UP/DOWN is working on Cubase 13 /Nuendo ? it looks to me that this is not working anymore

Yep working on Nuendo up to and including N14. And I’m pretty sure it works on Cubase 13.

Is it plugged into a USB 2.0 port? If not use a USB 2.0 port ,USB 3 ports and the ID don’t work for me.

Thanks a lot for picking up that post and answering. I really appreciate it.
Yes I have plugged it to a USB3 port, everything works fine except a couple of buttons !!! Will try a USB2, maybe thats solves it.

Hi
what flick do you see, can you make a video. I think it is nothing complicated.
if it is linked to one section (e.g. fader) then I would replace all capacitors 47uF/25V of the board with the defect. If the whole Controller has the issue maybe its the power supply. there are spare on the market, just ordered one and tried it out. is working fine.

Finally got it working, thanks to Mike.
If anybody has this problem and searches for a solution do THIS.

  1. do not use a USB3 port use a USB2 board
  2. if that doesn’t work try a USB HUB, I had to try out 3 HUBs, the last worked and it was the oldest one !
