Nuage won't open

I tried to open a project and Nuendo 12 opened. But Nuage didn’t. I opened the Workgroup Mgr. and it showed the hardware but there was no connection. I tried lowering the hardware back into the device window to attempt a reload. Instead of going back to the device window, the fader pack and master just disappeared! So, I did a reboot. Still nothing in the device window. So, I tried doing a repair. Still nothing in the device window.

Can anyone tell me how to get the hardware back online?

This sounds like a network issue. Have you tried to disable the Windows firewall to see if that fixes it?

I had to get a new printer, which installed into the network just before all of this started. So, I’m guessing that this is the item that brought about this change. But I’m still not finding a way to reconnect.

ALL of the connect points on my T-Switch are dark wherever Nuage hardware is connected. Where do I look to check/uncheck to get it back online?

I tried doing a fresh install from scratch. I went back to the website and downloaded the last firmware/software packet. I opened/extracted the files.
Then I opened the Nuage app location folder. The goal here was to find out what was missing in the app folder that was subsequently blocking the connection.

When you open the app folder, it takes you to documents by default. So, I pointed it to the correct address with the freshly installed files. To my surprise the app folder opened showing only the folders of the files but NOT the files themselves (WTH?)! :scream: How is that even possible? The app folder shows shells but the actual folder has the files required.

How do I get around this scenario?
