it’s been 3 times i set all my configuration, track settings, colors all keycommands, store everything, i see stored files in :
C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\Steinberg\Nuendo 10_64\Presets\Configurations
C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\Steinberg\Nuendo 10_64\Presets\KeyCommands
etc
but when i restart nuendo 10 all files within these folders disappear.
how do i fix that ?

The files are always overwritten by a new files while quit.
If you don’t feel save in this area, I would recommend to make a Profile.
???sorry i don’t understand. for exemple in Track Controls Settings there is a “Presets” dropdown menu with +/- icons.
i press +, create a preset with a specific name.
now i can see the preset from the drop down menu and in the folder on Appdata
then close open nuendo10 and that preset is gone…
i don’t think something’s right.

No, this is definitely not right.
Could you please check, if Nuendo doesn’t crash while quit silently? Is there a crash dump file created (Documents/Steinberg/Crash Dumps)?
