Nuendo 10 - Line before waveform and truncated sample

I do not understand why that happens. Is there a way to stop the line and the behavior where it cuts the samples??? We recorded a lot of text and them everything was cut off. So, I had to go through the whole session to unveil all the events.

LEFT TO RIGHT -first sample and that line that I am talking about and the other two cut of right at that line (hidden)

Also, when I press REC, the track lights red and the cursor starts to move 1/4sec later, is it a normal behavior? It still records , but then this is how wave form gets chopped off (hidden)

I will be very grateful for your advice.
