When importing an AAF with separate truncated audio (with or without handles), Nuendo is able to find the matching production polywav but does not calculate and apply the necessary timecode offset resulting in the field recorder files being completely out of sync.
This is a crippling issue as it is the number one step in the post production process and some video editing applications - that have become extremely popular among pro editors , ie Davinici Resolve - can only export AAF with truncated audio.

This is a majorly crippling issue. It basically means I have to hunt through and manually sync the replacement audio. It would frankly be faster to do a complete assembly using EDLs and other tools to create a new linked AAF, then it would to just this feature in Nuendo in the current state.
