Nuendo 13 crash every time when I open midi edit or open the score edit，and it shows C \windows\ systerm 32\ KERNELBASE.dll. It is really frustrated. Please help!

nothing there…
It crashed only when I opened score edit, otherwise it works fine.
I found the Crash Dumps folder which in the default document that I relocated to another bigger driver. I cleaned all the dump files.
I also created new project to test if I need reinstall it. Since the new project track and edit works fine, then I back to open the problematic file somehow everything starts to work smoothly.
No idea why… Anyway, problem solved.
