Congrats to the Steinberg team! Nuendo 14 looks fantastic, as expected, just based on how good Cubase 14 was for this cycle!
This is a total no-brainer upgrade for me. Wrapping up a few old projects in the studio and will upgrade asap.
Please continue in the same direction, excited to see Nuendo’s future, and please, please don’t forget about click-and-drag ripple editing next time in Nuendo 15 (I always gotta take the opportunity to bring it up)!
Awesome! Nice discount, surprising value for the upgrade price… event volume curves would have been enough for me TBH this time due to how much I’ve wanted it, but with all the other massive improvements in Nuendo 14, it’s very impressive what has been accomplished in this generation! Bravo!
I bought my crossgrade from Cubase and waited until today to enter my download access code and I just get an error.
“You entered a Download Access Code for a product upgrade but you do not own a license to which this upgrade can be applied. Please contact your local support team.”
I assume this is because I upgraded Cubase from 13 to 14 because Nuendo was so late to come out and my Nuendo trial ran out.
There is one question:
When I switched from the Nuendo 13 project to the browser (on the second monitor), the video window used to disappear, but now it stays. Is there a way to make it disappear like before?
People may have asked for it NOT to disappear, but personally I would like to be able to switch between the two.
The new functionalities of N14 look amazing and promise to be huge time savers! This looks like a great upgrade. Good job!!
And thank you very much for the 20% discount for us early upgraders. It made me upgrade immediately instead of waiting until the next sale, as I had decided to do. It is much appreciated!
I actually just barely made the cutoff for complimentary upgrade with my registration on February 19th at 12:04am. Do you know how I can redeem the upgrade?
