The day has come - Nuendo 15 is available now! This version comes with more than 35 new features in all areas of the application, ranging from mixing and editing, layout and music tools to sound design and video engine enhancements. Updates from previous versions are now available with a discount of 20% for a limited amount of time.
Here’s an overview on all new features (some smaller additions not separately mentioned though) on the Steinberg Nuendo home page and down below direct links to the feature videos. https://www.steinberg.net/nuendo/new-features/
The Grace Period has started on February 25, 2026. Activations after this date will turn a previous Nuendo license into Nuendo 15 automatically.
Last but not least: thank you for your engaged discussions in several threads in this forum in the last couple of days! It was interesting and very informative to read this feedback, which we will evaluate in detail.
Thank you for your continued support, which enables us to further develop Nuendo with new features in the future.
And is it safe to assume that grace period users will be served a little later, like usually?
Right now i can redeem code, but nothing happens yet, Nuendo 13 will not turn into N14 and there’s nothing in vouchers.
And i can redeem this code indefinetely.
There has always been a lag for updating a license, but don’t remember if it has been hours or days.
Thanks for reporting this. We are still in the “roll-out” process. This takes a couple of hours. I’d kindly like to ask you to come back in 2 hours and try again - many thanks.
Great, congratulations! I just installed Nuendo 15 without any problems, opened my latest project, and everything is running smoothly. That’s a good start!
Just like every time a new version of Nuendo comes out, I buy it and I’ve never been disappointed. Just one word. WOW! Thanks, Timo. Thanks, Steinberg.

Cool and useful stuff but I’m puzzled by some of the demonstrations in the video. The Pitchshifter sounds absolutely dreadful on the chosen voice clip!
Is the 20% discount available from retailers? Unfortunately, Steinberg uses FastSpring and that’s no-go for us in this part of the planet. We cannot purchase anything that’s related to FastSpring.
That’s good to hear, I’m looking forward to testing it out. I’m just surprised that the example they chose to use on the video was such poor quality, it really doesn’t sound suitable for use on dx at all
