I have Nuage running on a Macbook pro M1MAX 64GbRAM with Rosetta, and apparently after updating to Nuendo 15 there are issues with the side Control Room windows, both on Nuage and in the central section when Nuage is enabled. At first, the PPM and Loudness meters do not work, and if you click around here and there, the screen starts flickering and Nuendo freezes. I hope anybody can take a look and see whether Nuage can survive Nuendo 15. This does not happen in Nuendo 14. I have migrated user profiles, loaded the project without plugins, etc., and I am almost sure it is a problem with N15.0.20. In Apple Silicon works perfect but Nuage doesn’t work as you probably know.
I had already updated to Tahoe previously with N14. I always update to the latest version as soon as it comes out, and if I run into problems, I roll back. In this case I’m already on N14 because I can’t wait, but I hope that if this is an N15 issue, there’ll be some kind of response. I was pleased when I saw the N15 announcements with images showing Nuage, so I assume that even though it hasn’t received any new features for a few years, at least we won’t be left hanging.
